🕒 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
